After graduating college with my BFA in Dance, I knew I needed to stay active, and ballet wasnāt the answer. I began taking classes that summer, and our very own Claudia suggested that I become Zumba certified. Infusing dance and fitness was just what I needed! A few years later, I received my AFAA group fitness certification, and now teach my own āLittle Black Dress Fitnessā which is a choreographed toning/cardio class, āBooty Workā which is a total body class hitting each body part (with emphasis on the booty!) with bursts of cardio, and āCore Werkā where each week incorporates the use of various equipment targeting core muscles. I love my Limitless family, and I love sharing my passion with all of you!

I am a Licensed Socacize Master Trainer. I have been jumping, waving and wining up with Socacize since 2010. I come from a dance background and Socacize keeps me connected to my Caribbean roots and allows me to share my passion for dance and Caribbean culture with the rest of the world. My goal as a dancer and fitness instructor is to inspire each and every reveler to find their creativity, unleash and become empowered through movement. Limitless Fitness is the first fitness facility in NYC to offer Socacize and the love from the members has been unreal. Iām currently 7 months pregnant and still going strong with my limitless family! Starting off as a dancer/dance teacher, Iāve always had a great passion for movement. As I got older I gravitated towards fitness and found that I can share my love of movement while encouraging a healthy lifestyle. Iām a certified AFAA group fitness instructor and hold current licenses in PowerTramp, Poundfitā¢ļø, ZumbaĀ®ļø, Zumba ToningĀ®ļø and Strong by ZumbaĀ®ļø. My current schedule at Limitless consists of Body Werk (total body/circuit training), Core class (total body strength training with an emphasis on core strength, stability and balance) Poundfitā¢ļø (conditioning and cardio class that incorporates lightly weighted ādrum sticksā), ZumbaĀ®ļø(dance fitness) and Seniors in the Move (senior citizen cardio dance). Make sure you catch my classes while you can before I go on maternity leave this December!!

Fitness has always been apart of my life. My dad was a sprinter and my mom was always into fitness. As a kid I used to go with my mom to the gym and stay in the nursery and mimic the moves. Now I do the same with my boys. Its definitely a plus being able to bring your kids to work. Fitness is apart of who I am. Itās what I call ātherapy.ā The gym is my happy place.
Angie inspired me to get into the fitness field. I started working as an AFAA personal trainer when I was 18 years old at Golds. Now, I am an AFAA group fitness instructor. I teach cycle, which I incorporate weights on and off to give you that extra burn. Interval training, I use the tabata method. Quick bursts of cardio and strength followed by a less recovery time. Strength and kickboxing, is a combo of weights with kickboxing as the cardio aspect. Silver sneakers, is my senior class. I incorporate weights to strengthen their muscles. We laugh a lot in this class as well work. Itās a great interactive class.
I love teaching at Limitless because itās home. Itās where I started. Itās where Iāve grown and learned. I really do love my job. The members are great. They inspire me to be a great instructor. To keep pushing and to motivate

Hi Iām Michele, you can find me on and off the aerobics schedule depending on the season but Iām always filling in š. After graduating fashion school and spending 5 years working in luxury corporate beauty and fragrance my passions began to shift. I had lost a bunch of weight (of course at Limitless) and realized that my work was for no purpose other than my corporations profit. I resigned in hopes of sharing what I have learned last year and decided to pursue a career in health and fitness. I love motivating people and watching their transformations. Since Iāve quit I have immersed myself in all the knowledge I could. I started with my AFAA group fitness certification but have since mastered poundfit, boot camp, interval training, circuit training, HIIT, cycling and yoga to name a few. Limitless is my second home and where I started so I will always be there to share my passion whenever I can. Hope to see you in class soon!

For as long as I can remember, my weight has been a struggle. When I was younger, I tried every fad diet on the market and obviously failed because there is no such thing as a quick fix! I needed guidance. Thatās when I decided to get serious and join a gym. Best decision that I have ever made because it has forever changed my life. Limitless Fitness is jam packed with incredible trainers as well as instructors. So many who have literally shaped me into the person I am today! I became an Instructor/personal trainer to educate and motivate others to become the best version of themselves! I can relate to the person that feels hopeless, depressed and lacks confidence due to their weight because I was once there myself!! I still fight this battle every day! Sure itās tough, but it is so worth it! I feel that my personal struggles have enhanced my training/instructing abilities. Iām going to make you work, work hard because thatās how I train myself!! I know the hard work and dedication it takes to succeed and I want to pass this knowledge on to anybody and everybody who needs help in crushing their personal goals! I love Olympic and Power lifting and I currently instruct Cycling classes and Savage Factory at Limitless Fitness. My goals during every single class I teach is to make people believe in themselves, to push them beyond their expectations, and to make them do things that they never thought possible! Their accomplishments give me life!! Just one more thing to say and that is Limitless Fitness has some of the hardest working members in all the land, and I just love my Fit Fam so much !!šŖš¼ā¤ļø

My passion for yoga came from a lifelong desire for movement and creativity. I came to yoga while completing my bachelors degree in Exercise Science, after realizing I was searching for a more holistic approach to my fitness routine. I am a certified yoga instructor with over 500 hours of training and a certified exercise physiologist by the American College of Sports Medicine. My sweaty breath-based classes combine grace + alignment to explore the amazing capabilities of the human mind, body, and spirit. Join me every thursday at 8:30am!

I became an instructor over 20 years ago because I loved taking classes and knew I could be a motivator too. Fitness is a huge part of my life so it only made sense to continue doing what I love and keep learning in the process. I have taught a variety of classes at Limitless Fitness and have always put my heart and soul into them. Teaching at LimitiessFitness has been rewarding for me as I have a lot of my friends and also students who have enjoyed working hard in my classes. I am currently teaching Yoga on Wednesdayās at 7pm and am really enjoying helping others feel good physically and mentally

I was a dancer when I was younger, and missed it when I stopped. When I got into fitness in college, I found something that gave me a similar feeling to what I felt when I danced. Working out became an art form and stress relief for me and I embraced it. I took a variety of classes and fell in love with Claudia's workouts. Thanks to her encouragement and guidance I decided to become AFAA certified as a Group Exercise instructor. Teaching at Limitless, my home gym, has been a learning experience and a joy. I teach " Press and Pump," a resistance based class where we use a variety of equipment to tone and fatigue the different muscle groups. Join me, Mondays at 6pm!

I started my fitness journey in 2010 when I was trying to lose weight for my wedding. I always loved to dance and that's when I found Zumba fitness and instantly became obsessed. In 2011 I got licensed and have been teaching ever since. I love teaching at limitless fitness. The members are amazing and have become part my family. They are the reason I continue to do what I do. They constantly motivate me to push myself to be better and do better.

Dance started as only a hobby as a young girl, but today has become not only my career but the biggest part of my life. I have been dancing since the age of 3, training in all styles of dance. I began my formal training as a dance major at Fiorello H. LaGuardia H.S. of Music and Art & The Performing Arts. I am currently a dance teacher in Brooklyn, New York, teaching Pre-K through grade 5. I hold a B.A. in Childhood Education and Dance, as well as masterās degree in Special Education. Iāve been a dance teacher for over 17 years, teaching all styles of dance. As a dance teacher and athlete, fitness has always been a huge part of who I am. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle has always been extremely important to me. In the beginning of July, we had our first DanceFit class and it has truly been such a fun and rewarding experience for me ever since, thanks to the amazing members and staff at Limitless! DanceFIT is a cardio-intense choreographed dance class for both beginner and advanced students. Class begins with a dance cardio warm-up and then we work our way into a new choreographed routine each week. Donāt worry if you get every move ā just come ready to have fun and sweat it out! Have a blast while burning those calories and join me every Monday 7p.m.
